Step 1: Create a new document 180×180 pixels with a white background.

Step 3: Create a new layer (Layer > New > Layer).

Step 4: Using the Custom Shape Tool, make a blob looking shape in the middle of your document. We have decided to use a star as seen below…

Gradient Overlay

Step 6: Go Edit > Transform > Scale.
